its been a while

something has been calling me to write again. i havent been here in forever, literally the longest break imaginable ... its been years ! so im back, i think.. i did finish my course in holistic health, so i have gained a wealth of knowledge in the area of health and healthy lifestyle. im still working on applying it fully towards myself and my own life. i found it very hard to balance work and life and home life and health effectively. im learning to find my footing again, and create a better balance. im seeking to find a better flow in my life, and a fulfilling lifestyle. i can tell you a little bit about what ive learned over the course of the last few years and from the program i studied. im stating this for myself as much as for anyone else who can benefit from it. im trying to be healthier myself, with a regulated nervous system, and a happy heart.
one thing i learned, is that undoubtedly, exercise is crucial. i learned also to never be strict with yourself. that its not necessary to be harsh towards oneself to get anything done or a point across. so , exercise, lol. i am like the laziest person alive, i work a lot tho, so i use that as an affirmation to say that im not lazy. but truthfully, theres nothing i love more than doing nothing. and the motivation to work out, is hardly ever present in me. although i have to say, and im sure like anyone else would realize, that it does feel good once we've moved our body.
so, exercise is necessary. moving our body a little bit every day, with a minimum of 30 minutes of sweating per week.
other important elements of maintaining health and a healthy lifestyle are
-of course, nutrition
-home life
-relationships
and, spirituality. which im aware can look different for everybody :)
i would love so much to talk more about everything ive learned and it feels good to be back and writing again.
