Berry n Banana Smoothie Bowl
1 frozen banana
1 cup organic frozen mixed berries
2-3 tbsp plant milk (may need a bit more)
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds
Ground flaxseed
Blend. I used oat milk for this recipe. Did you know the production of oat milk requires 7x less water than almond milk? There's a variety of delicious plant milks you can choose from such as oat, almond, cashew, hazelnut, rice, soy, coconut, or you can even just use water. You want to be careful with how much liquid you put, you don't want it to be a smoothie soup! Consistency is key.

1/2 banana sliced
Coconut flakes
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds
or anything else your heart desires!
