Smoothies are a delicious way to get more nutrients into your diet and are a healthy food/drink choice to have with your breakfast, as a snack or as a small meal.

Green Coconut Bliss Smoothie

Activates + heals & balances the Solar Plexus Chakra and the Heart Chakra.

Great for bringing out your confidence and connecting you to your heart.

Encourages loving and positive energy flow.

Drinking this smoothie may ignite feelings of courage and compassion ♡

Recipe:

-large handful spinach or two

-1 banana -2-3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes -Chia seeds, hemp seeds, ground flaxseed - I use about 2-3 tbsp of each, measured by eye

-Plant milk - I used oat milk for this smoothie (quantity depends on desired consistency)

* Seeds for added nutritional value: high in omega 3's, fiber, protein, and anti-oxidants
