Love Me Some Guacamole

Perfect for taco night or to have as a snack with some tortilla chips! Avocados are so delicious and nutritious and this recipe is super simple - you just might be having it every day!

My goal is to lead a life where I know every single ingredient that goes into my body - and that every one be a natural and ethical ingredient - follow my blog for future posts on simple vegan recipes!

Recipe:

-2 avocados (or 3 or 4)

-1/2 a tomato, diced

-1/2 tbsp diced red onion

-salad herbs (optional): I used basil and thyme - you can also add oregano!

-pepper

-squeeze some fresh lime or lemon juice
